CGOOD TV is looking for a hands-on marketing manager to lead management, execution, and tracking of all the marketing activities for CGOOD TV.
What is CGOOD TV you ask? Well, it’s one of the only streaming services focused on conscious programming. We focus on five key pillars with the goal of giving people access to film, television, podcasts, and conversations that connect people to themselves, others, and something bigger than themselves. Our content pillars are Health and Wellness, Impact, Relationships, Spirituality, and Nature.
The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for CGOOD TV. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
The Marketing Manager will plan, and execute the platform and partnership marketing strategies for CGOOD TV. The candidate must be passionate about digital marketing and growing business through platform and partnership strategies and optimization.
⦁ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
⦁ Work with our agency partners to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
⦁ Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend
⦁ Inform and implement strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion and efficiency via affiliate marketing programs
⦁ Support business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with new affiliate partners, including editorial publishers, affiliate networks, high-quality incentivized and loyalty programs, and brand-to-brand partnerships
⦁ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
⦁ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
⦁ Manage direct relationship with top affiliate partners and external brands/agencies
⦁ 4-5 years of digital marketing experience (marketing experience in streaming services or entertainment media is a plus)
⦁ Knowledge of affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
⦁ Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, and performance marketing KPIs
⦁ Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
⦁ Proven track record of driving projects from start to finish and showing success in meeting deadlines (monthly and quarterly goals)
⦁ Strong partner or client management skills
⦁ Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships
⦁ Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
⦁ Excellent leadership and organizing skills
⦁ Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
⦁ Thorough knowledge of web analytics
⦁ Strong execution and writing capability
⦁ The ability to lead a dispersed, predominantly remote-based team
⦁ Passion about startups and has some knowledge of the topics that the Conscious Good brand covers — mind/body/spirit wellness and conscious living — are a must
