At our core is a part of us that is connected to all that is; an eternal, multi-dimensional, all-loving self. As we connect to our divine self, we connect with ourselves as pure being. This is the part of us that can never be wounded.
We can often find ourselves so busy throughout the day that we forget to simply be. Instead of focusing on the value we give to the world by what we do, we can learn how to value ourselves by who we are. This is integral to healing the mother wound.
To do this, we must learn how to pause. This is how we can connect with this deep part of ourselves in daily life. Listening to this meditation on a regular basis is a great way to pause and honor this part of yourself.
